Shipping Policy
1. Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding R1000.
2. Estimated Delivery Times: In general, orders are expected to be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. Please note that if you are located outside city centers or in outlying areas, there may be a delay in receiving your order, as our couriers engage third-party providers to service these areas.
3. Guideline for Delivery Times: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that the indicated delivery times serve as a guideline. Oryx, in collaboration with our service providers, makes every effort to ensure your parcel reaches you within the quoted time frames. However, due to the complex nature of shipping in South Africa, delays may occur that are beyond our control.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon placing an order on our website, you will receive a unique order number. This order number will be referenced in all emails pertaining to your order status. You can also track the progress of your delivery using this order number.
5. Address Confirmation and Changes: Once your address is confirmed, and you receive order confirmation, we regret to inform you that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option can be accepted.
6. Alternative Delivery Methods: We reserve the right to contact customers to discuss alternative delivery methods and timelines, particularly if the delivery address is considered remote. In certain cases where delivery is not feasible, we retain the right to cancel the order.

Return and Exchange Policy
1. 7-Day Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, with tags and/or plastic wrap intact, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Initiate a Return:

4. Non-Refundable Fees:
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable. However, exceptions apply in the following conditions:

5. Return Process:
If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of the sport, certain items, once unpacked and used, cannot be returned unless they have a clear manufacturing defect. These include:
